Trustee Positions 1 and 2 on the Klein ISD school board will be up for election come November, according to a July 13 decision by the KISD board of trustees. The positions are currently held by Vice President Georgan Reitmeier and President Doug James, respectively.
Prospective candidates interested in running can file for a place on the ballot starting July 20 through Aug. 17 at 5 p.m. Elections will take place Nov. 3.

In the November 2019 elections, KISD board Positions 6 and 7 were filled by newly elected Rob Ellis and incumbent Cathy Arellano.
