The new restaurant will include a cave-themed wine cellar, cigar lounge and multiple dining areas, Reid said, with the goal of creating a luxury lounge space for customers.
"It's going to be this really, really nice, intimate wine room and fine dining area," Reid said. "We have another section that's going to be a regular dining with a bar, and regular is still going to be upscale, but there's a much larger area that we're going to have dining in."
Reid said the restaurant originally aimed to open by June, but due to zoning and permitting delays, is now aiming to be open by the end of 2025.
