The owners of Crispy Burger have backed out of a tenant contract with Corum Station II, LLC for the Spring location, a spokesperson with Corum Station confirmed Dec. 3.

A new burger restaurant, dubbed Crispy Burger, will be opening soon in the Corum Station Shopping Center in Spring, according to a Sept. 5 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction is expected to begin on the 1,630-square-foot space after Nov. 25 and wrap up by April 1. A phone number or website for the business was not available as of press time.
