Copa Sips & Latin Tapas is now open in Vintage Park, according to a Sept. 24 social media message from the business.

The restaurant serves Latin-inspired tapas—such as Argentine empanadas, Peruvian ceviche and Brazilian fried shrimp bunuelos—as well as cocktails, wine and beer.

Customers can also enjoy live Latin music while dining on Copa’s outdoor patio.
