Dripped Birria officials celebrated the grand opening of their new location in Grand Parkway Marketplace II on July 20.

According to the restaurant's website, the Houston-based concept specializes in birria—a Mexican dish made from slow-cooked beef or chicken, which is often served as a taco or burrito filling, and is known for its rich, spicy flavor. Menu items made with the eatery's signature birria range from tacos and quesadillas to ramen and nachos.

Dripped Birria has seven locations across the Greater Houston area including one at 3675 FM 1960 W., Houston, which opened in September 2022.
