After opening with only dinner hours at a new location in November, Belly of the Beast will soon be adding lunch hours and a casual lunch menu, according to a May 28 email from co-owner Elizabeth Bille. Bille owns the restaurant—which offers American cuisine prepared through the lens of a Mexican-American chef—with her husband, Thomas Bille. Starting June 7, Belly of the Beast’s new lunch menu will feature burgers and sandwiches offered Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
