Owned by Thomas and Elizabeth Bille, Belly of the Beast will offer new American cuisine prepared through the lens of a Mexican American chef.
According to an Oct. 24 email from Elizabeth Bille, the restaurant will open its doors for dinner service only, followed by a limited menu, which will be available through Nov. 3. The restaurant's full menu will be available beginning Nov. 8.
Belly of the Beast was previously located at 26510 Border St., Spring, and opened in February 2020.
