The Wacked Out Weiner celebrated its grand opening April 29 at 4730 Louetta Road, Spring. Locally owned by the Lumpkin family, the Alabama-based franchise serves Nathan's All Beef Hot Dogs, which patrons can customize with a slate of classic and unique toppings ranging from homemade chili and coleslaw to mac and cheese and barbecue baked beans.
