A new 2,200-square-foot Starbucks location is under construction at the intersection of FM 1960 West and Veterans Memorial Drive in north Houston, according to an April 3 news release from real estate firm NewQuest Properties. The store will feature a one-lane drive-thru and is estimated to open this fall.
