Beauty & Confidence Electrolysis officially opened April 1 at 5529 Louetta Road, Ste. A, Spring, after beginning its soft opening phase Feb. 28. Owner Angie Quiroz said she and fellow electrologist James Hilton offer a permanent hair removal process called electrolysis, which has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

James Avery Artisan Jewelry will open April 7 at 33020 FM 2978, Ste. 531, Magnolia, in Westwood Village, according to an April 1 news release. The Texas-based, family-owned retailer offers finely crafted jewelry designs for men and women in sterling silver, 14K and 18K gold, bronze and gemstones.
