Updates will include interior refreshes with new soft seating, wall decor and light fixtures with design elements inspired by innovation, sustainability, the region’s energy industry and nature, officials said.

Hotel guests have access to green space, hike and bike trails, and dining and entertainment options nearby at City Place.

“We look forward to introducing features that reinforce our commitment to quality, excellence and customer service, and creating a premier experience for both corporate and leisure guests who visit City Place for business trips, extended stay project work, getaways and staycations,” Warren W. Wilson, executive vice president of developer CDC Houston, said in a statement.
