Construction on the commercial portion of Gosling Oaks—a 55-acre, mixed-use development by Newman CRE in Spring—is projected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Newman CRE CEO Nate Newman said all infrastructure improvements have been completed at the site.

The details

Once completed, the commercial portion of the project will include roughly 100,000 square feet of retail and dining space and around 40,000 square feet of medical and office space.

Additionally, Newman said infrastructure improvements have been completed on the residential portion of the development, which will consist of 390 multifamily housing units.

Construction will be ready to begin once a developer is selected to take on the residential project, Newman said.
