A new 264-unit, low-income housing development dubbed Willow Creek Manor will be opening in Spring, developer Pedcor Companies confirmed Aug. 21. The 13.5-acre property will house 11 three-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for rent at an estimated $969-$1,347 monthly.

Willow Creek Manor will be a 4% tax credit development featuring a swimming pool, a dog park, a laundry room, a business center and at least one playground. Pedcor is a family-owned business based in Indiana, according to developer Jean Latsha.
