A six-story office building in the Greenspoint area has been acquired by the owner of a bilingual school, according to a March 8 news release from real estate firm NewQuest Properties. The office building—which is located at 11947 I-45, Houston—was previously owned by hospitality company Contender Two LLC, which canceled plans to open its headquarters in the building.

“There is high demand in the Greenspoint submarket for a bilingual school,” NewQuest Vice President John Nguyen said in a statement.

The building was sold to Fidencio Macias, and additional tenants for the office building have not yet been announced, according to the news release. The space measures 60,000 square feet, is located on 2.38 acres of land and was 29.5% occupied at the time of purchase. 281-477-4300. www.newquest.com
