Construction is underway on Mera Vintage Park, an 8-acre, age-restricted residential community located at 14914 Vintage Preserve Parkway, Houston. Managed by real estate developers Sparrow Partners, the 179-unit apartment complex expects residents who are age 55 and older to move in by November.
