1. Lakeview Oaks Apartments
In late 2018, Caldwell Companies broke ground on Lakeview Oaks Apartments, a gated multifamily community, at
21000 Gosling Road, Spring. It will include 330 units with views of the water and other amenities, Caldwell’s Vice President of Operations Todd Johnson said.

2. Bridgestone Crossing
Fourplex Investment Group began development of Bridgestone Crossing, a residential community at 2115 Gosling Road, Spring, in early 2018. The project will be completed by the end of 2019, said Steve Olson, a representative from FIG. Units  in the  community are three-story townhomes with three bedrooms,
2.5 bathrooms and a garage. The community will consist of 200 houses, and the first houses are expected to be completed in January, he said.

3. FM 1960 development
A retail complex is under development at 4300 FM 1960, Houston. The plan is going through the permitting process, and construction will be completed in late 2019, a representative from Twyndahl Group LLC, a partner to the developer, said. Tenants have not been named for the complex.

4. Old Town Spring Business Park
Construction is underway for two of four planned buildings in Old Town Spring Business Park, an industrial and commercial site located at 27347 West Hardy Road, Spring. The first two buildings are scheduled for completion in February and March, said Lisa Nickel, listing broker for the property. Construction will begin on the final two buildings in the summer. Installed Building Products of Houston signed a lease in August, and leases for other new tenants were being finalized in late 2018, Nickel said. Available suites in the complex  range from 2,625-49,000 square feet, she said.

5. Chasewood Crossing Park
Four additional Class A office buildings are planned in the 32-acre Chasewood Crossing Park development on Hwy. 249, which currently houses two office buildings. Construction for the first new building, located at 19350 Hwy. 249, Houston, began in June and will be ready for occupancy in late 2019, according to the property broker, Pennington Commercial Real Estate. The remaining buildings are slated to be complete in 2022. The park will also include medical, restaurant and senior living facilities.
