Coventry Development Corporation’s 1,800-acre master-planned community, Springwoods Village, is expecting a flurry of activity to start this year.

Stores and restaurants will begin to open in the fall at The Market at Springwoods Village.

The second phase of The Market at Springwoods Village is expected to come online in the first quarter of 2019. Although tenants have not been confirmed, a mix of home, pet and outdoor retail businesses have been proposed for the site, according to Regency Centers, which is developing the center.

The technology company HP Inc. plans to open a 12-acre campus in near I-45 North and the Grand Parkway in 2018, and first CityPlace office building will be completed by the end of 2018.

Meanwhile, work on the luxury apartment complex The Mark at CityPlace is almost done. Floor plans range from a 572-square-foot apartment to a 1,599-square-foot, three-bedroom unit.
