Estimated timeline: October 2016-early 2019 3. Allgood Construction began work on a $9.4 million Harris County Precinct 4 project in March to widen the Gosling Road bridge across Willow Creek and upgrade the two-lane asphalt road to four concrete lanes between West Mossy Oaks and West Rayford roads in Spring.
