Houston-based datacenter provider TRG Datacenters broke ground on the second phase of its development in Spring. The $6.6 million project plans to construct a second building providing 110,000 square feet of space and 24 megawatts of capacity for standard, cloud-based and artificial intelligence data needs.Officials with TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital announced in a Nov. 5 news release plans to break ground on a new facility in Spring. The new Spring campus is planned to break ground by June 2026, with an estimated completed construction and targeted operation start in Fall 2027.Now open

Harmony Public Schools
officials held a grand opening Nov. 13 for a new campus in City Place. Harmony Public Schools is a Texas-based public charter school system with a curriculum that focuses heavily on STEM skills, character education, project-based learning and college readiness.Locally owned bar and restaurant Texas Hideout celebrated a grand opening in October. Offering a variety of beers, liquors and foods such as chicken and pizza, Texas Hideout will also host themed nights and weekly karaoke opportunities.A new 12,000-square-foot Barnes & Noble is now open in Spring. The Spring location is one of four new Barnes & Noble locations opening in Texas this month, part of the retailer’s nationwide growth.Health spa Beem Light Sauna opened in the Vintage Park Shopping Village mid-September, bringing infrared therapy treatments to the Spring and Klein community. Beem Light Sauna features a variety of light therapies including infrared, blue light and chromotherapy treatments to support pain management, inflammation reduction and skin rejuvenation.Bojangles officials confirmed the eatery opened its new Spring location on Nov. 11. With over 800 locations, Bojangles was founded in 1977 and specializes in southern chicken, biscuits and tea.Relocations

Weight Watchers at the Louetta Road location has relocated.
