Located in a historic 100-year-old home brought from Galveston, Black Rabbit Tattoo Collective owner Jesus Alvidrez said the tattoo shop opened in early December.

Meet the team

With over five years of experience as a tattoo artist and graphic designer, Jesus Alvidrez said he opened his own tattoo shop with a team consisting of his wife Molly Alvidrez and colleagues Nathon Blalock, Alison Gaspard and Koray Williams.

Jesus Alvidrez said each tattoo artist at the shop specializes in a distinct style of tattoo artwork. Styles include anime, realism, neo-traditional, illustrative and pre-Hispanic.

“We strive to provide a place that is clean and sterile, but more than anything, we want to make people feel comfortable and are very inclusive to all types of people, genders and races,” Jesus Alvidrez said.

The Black Rabbit Tattoo Collective operates Tue.-Sat. from noon-8 p.m. with walk-in and appointment services available.
