Nelia Shehaj-Valdez—the owner of Luliet Creamery and Bake Shop—will be celebrating the 5-year anniversary of her Spring business. The bakery opened in October 2019, but the celebration will be held on Sept. 21, according to an Aug. 28 email from Shehaj-Valdez.

Luliet Creamery and Bake Shop sells baked goods such as macarons and cookies as well as hand-decorated cakes in a variety of styles and flavors.

“We are so excited to celebrate our 5th anniversary with the community that has supported us from the beginning,” Valdez-Shehaj said via an Aug. 28 news release. “This event is our way of saying thank you to all our loyal customers, and we can’t wait to share this special day with you.”

According to the news release, the anniversary celebration will feature:
  • Free all-ages mini decorating classes
  • Kids’ activities such as a bounce house and cotton candy
  • A social media contest with a chance to win a one-year supply of Luliet baked goods
  • A cake-cutting ceremony at noon
  • New mini cookie bags to try
  • 15% off on gift cards
Luliet Creamery and Bake Shop also has a location at 3600 FM 1488, Conroe.
