Husband-and-wife duo Jami and Nanette Taylor are celebrating the 30th anniversary since opening their business Westbrooke Jewelers on April 1, according to a March 8 email from their son, Jeffrey Taylor. The business originally opened at a location along FM 1960 in 1994 and moved to its current location about five years ago.

Jami managed other jewelry stores for 16 years before opening Westbrooke Jewelers. The business offers jewelry, including wedding rings; custom jewelry pieces that can be designed and built from old jewelry; jewelry, watch and clock repairs; appraisals; and it purchases gold, silver and coins, according to the Westbrooke Jewelers website.
