SW Party and Events Center is now open in Spring, owner Susita Allen said. The venue rents a 1,600-square-foot party space for a variety of celebrations as well as packages for photographers, decor and furnishings. Allen owns SW Party and Events Center with her husband, Robert Allen, and the couple hopes to hold a grand opening celebration soon, she said.
