On July 10, Victoria Cosmetology Academy opened at its new location in Willowbrook Plaza, a spokesperson for the school confirmed via email July 13. The school moved from its location at 9815 Bammel North Houston Road, Houston, to 17355 Hwy. 249, Ste. 435, Houston.
