Handel's Homemade Ice Cream opened a new location Nov. 19 at 8715 Spring Cypress Road, Spring. The ice cream parlor offers more than 50 flavors of ice cream; yogurt; sherbet; ice; and fat-free, no-sugar-added ice cream available by the quart, pint, scoop or cone.
