Each fall, more than 550 retailers in the Greater Houston area participate in this event, during which customers can enjoy 20% discounts and can give back by purchasing a $75 Holiday Shopping Card, 100% of proceeds from which will directly benefit the American Cancer Society.
In 2018, more than 9,000 Houstonians purchased the Holiday Shopping Card, and over the past 22 years, the women of VICTORY—a volunteer fundraising branch of the American Cancer Society—have raised more than $16.5 million through the program, according to the organization's website.
In-person shopping is the focus of the Card event, but several online retailers are also participating this year. To see a list of participating online retailers, click here. To see a full list of participating retailers, click here.
