Pearland and Friendswood are experiencing inclement weather, including low temperatures, snow and ice. As a result, many are experiencing power outages.
The city of Friendswood sent out a press release warning residents to stay off the road through the morning of Feb. 16. Mayor Mike Foreman has signed a disaster declaration in case of damage due to severe weather.
