The project includes drainage infrastructure renewal, sanitary sewer upgrades and water line replacements along with reconstructing a 22-foot residential roadway. Sleepy Hollow was one of multiple areas chosen as part of the city’s infrastructure renewal program, which focuses on the city’s oldest neighborhoods with the worst street conditions, Epperson said.
