Harris County is improving the intersection of Beamer Road and FM 2351 near Friendswood. The county is providing designated left- and right-turn lanes and replacing the traffic signal.
The project broke ground in July and is set to be completed in December, according to Harris County Precinct 1 officials. The project is funded by Harris County Precinct 1 and costs roughly $3 million.
