Smith Ranch Road widening
Pearland City Council voted to authorize a new Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $5.17 million on Feb 17. The project will be changing the road from a two-lane asphalt road to a four-lane concrete road. Changes are intended to improve the mobility of the existing roadway to accommodate anticipated traffic growth, according to Pearland's website.
