Brazoria County is in the process of widening Bailey Road from CR 90 to FM 1128 from a two-lane road to four lanes. Work on the road has gone smoothly so far, county officials said.
The project began in 2019 and is set to be completed in 2021.
The project costs around $15 million and is funded by the Federal Transportation Improvement Program and Brazoria County.
