Fewer homes were sold in February in ZIP codes 77578, 77581 and 77584. ZIP code 77578 is in the Manvel area; 77581 covers the northern part of Pearland; and 77584 covers the southern and western parts of Pearland. The median price of homes sold increased in all local ZIP codes except 77584.
