The Brazoria County Drainage District 4 has begun a new phase of widening and slope improvements on Clear Creek from Old Alvin Road to Pearland Parkway. The district completed an earlier phase from Union Valley to Pearland Parkway in late April.

Brazoria County Drainage District 4 is on the design and permitting phase with the Army Corps of Engineers to make significant improvements on Mary’s Creek from Liberty Drive to Dixie Farm Road. Construction is slated to begin in two years.
