A few contracts and a look at an intruder audit behind closed doors are some of what Alvin ISD officials will look at during the board’s Oct. 10 meeting, according to the agenda.

Two-minute impact

AISD’s board will consider a few contracts, which, according to district documents, include:
  • A budget amendment for two child nutrition vans
  • A contract for police personnel
  • A one-year realty contract
Those three items are included in the district’s consent agenda, meaning they will be voted on at the same time with a single vote.

Other items include some personnel decisions, such as appointing the Caffey Junior High assistant principal, according to the agenda. The candidate chosen is not listed in the district’s agenda material.
