District data: See demographics, salaries and more for Alvin, Friendswood, Pearland ISDs

Enrollment is increasing at Alvin ISD, but it is falling and Pearland ISD and remaining stagnate at Friendswood ISD.

Teachers in all three districts make roughly the same starting salary, but Pearland ISD's superintendent makes 46% more than Friendswood ISD's superintendent.


Pearland and Friendswood area school districts vary in size and number of teachers. Substitute pay is about the same for all three districts.


Hispanic and Latino students makes up over 50% of students statewide. That is the largest demographic in Pearland and Alvin ISDs, but white students make up the majority in Friendswood ISD.
