Brunch restaurant Hash Kitchen will have a grand opening Oct. 10, assistant kitchen manager Jordan Prangner said in a social media post.

The restaurant will serve pancakes, souffle cakes, salads, French toast, waffles, chilaquiles, hash brown-focused dishes, breakfast sandwiches and eggs Benedict, among other menu items, according to the business’s website.
