Mingo's Latin Kitchen is expected to hold a soft opening in late February and a grand opening in early March at 3320 E. Broadway St., Pearland.

The brick-and-mortar restaurant will offer a variety of its signature food truck items. Mingo's Latin Kitchen sells chicken and beef empanadas, gourmet tacos and sandwiches, as well as a variety of loaded fries.
