The Burger Joint will open a location near the Baybrook Mall, but a timeline has not been established. A representative said the restaurant will open sometime this year at 1350 W. Bay Area Blvd., Friendswood. The Burger Joint, which has two Inner Loop locations, sells burgers, hot dogs, shakes and alcoholic beverages.
