Mission Park Pearland

Mission Park Pearland is set to break ground before the end of 2020. Located at 2830 Old Chocolate Bayou Road, Pearland, the 74,800-square-foot business park will feature 20 custom office spaces for purchase. The property will be developed by Terry Ward. 832-559-1112

Pearland Primeline Professional Building

Pearland Primeline Professional Building, located at 2941 Broadway Bend Drive, Pearland, began leasing in August. The 31,000-square-foot building is leasing to office, medical and retail tenants. 713-275-9605

Lake Park Plaza

Lake Park Plaza held its grand opening in September. The two-story, 18,000-square-foot building finished construction in early 2020 but delayed its grand opening due to COVID-19.
