The Brazoria County Health Department is taking appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine, with appointments beginning Jan. 20 for those who meet the criteria for Phases 1A or 1B of the state of Texas' vaccination plan, according to a county press release.
The county has clinic locations in Lake Jackson and Pearland for vaccinations. The Angleton and Alvin clinics are booked for second-dose appointments, according to the press release. Vaccines are only available by appointment and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the release.
