Brazoria County reported 99 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus and 114 new recoveries July 22. The county also reported another death. This is the first time the number of recoveries in a day has reached triple digits. This is also the first day the reported recoveries for the day have surpassed the reported case counts for that day since June 9.
Of the 99 new cases reported, four of the individuals are 0-9 years old, 10 are 10-19 years old, 14 are 20-29 years old, 17 are 30-39 years old, 22 are 40-49 years old, 13 are 50-59 years old, 10 are 60-69 years old, seven are 70-79 years old and two are 80 or older.
Of the 99 cases, 18 are Pearland residents, 13 are Alvin residents, 14 are Angleton residents, 20 are Lake Jackson residents, nine are Clute residents, seven are Freeport residents, three are Manvel residents, four are Brazoria residents, two are Iowa Colony residents, three are West Columbia residents, one is a Sweeny resident, one is a Danbury resident, two are Liverpool residents, one is an Oyster Creek resident and one is a Bonney resident.
