Brazoria County reported 29 confirmed cases and 15 recoveries June 16. The county is not reporting any new deaths.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the county to 273 with a total of 970 cases overall, not including any Texas Department of Criminal Justice cases.
Of the 29 confirmed cases, three of the individuals are 0-9 years old, three are 10-19 years old, eight are 20-29 years old, five are 30-39 years old, four are 40-49 years old, four are 50-59 years old and two are 60-69 years old.
Of the newly confirmed cases, 13 of the individuals are Pearland residents, six are Alvin residents, three are Angleton residents, two are Iowa Colony residents, one is a Manvel resident, three are Freeport residents and one is a Sweeny resident.
