Brazoria County reported 12 new COVID-19 cases and 26 recoveries on June 1. Four of the new cases reported are probable, meaning they have not been confirmed by a COVID-19 test.

Over the weekend, Brazoria County reported 23 new cases of the coronavirus and 6 recoveries. Two of the cases reported on May 30 are nursing home-related.

There are now 410 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Brazoria County. There have also been 497 recoveries, 10 probable cases and 12 deaths. This totals 929 cases in the county.

The eight confirmed cases reported today consist of two Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmates, three Alvin residents, two Pearland residents and one Lake Jackson resident.
