The Lone Star Pawz CATfé opened in Pearland on June 17, according to a social media post. The cafe offers drinks, snacks, games and the chance to hang out with kittens. The cafe lounge is cat-free, so people who are allergic or don't like cats can visit. Rates begin at $12 per person to spend an hour in the cat cave.

Hours of operation are Thursday-Sunday from 12-7 p.m.
