Mingo’s Latin Kitchen, which serves Mexican and Latin dishes, including brisket tacos, elote and rice bowls, among other items, originally opened in August 2022, according to the business’s social media page.
The business also has a food truck and catering service, which was established in 2015, according to the business’s social media page.
Although the restaurant is closing, the business’s food trucks will remain open, according to a social media post.
“We want to thank all the loyal patrons we’ve served over the last year and a half,” the business’s social media post reads. “While our brick and mortar will be closing, our food trucks will continue to serve Houston and its surrounding greater areas, including Pearland.”
