Great Harvest Bakery Cafe is getting set to open in late August or early September at 212 S. Friendswood Drive in Friendswood and has almost everything lined up, owner Tim Neal said. One hiccup the cafe is dealing with is an install delay on one of its two ovens.
The plan is to open up on a Friday either before or after Labor Day, which is Sept. 4, Neal said. The next steps will be to start a hiring campaign.
The cafe has locations all over the United States, including one in Katy, according to its website.
