Precisive Care Assisted Living, 2919 Manvel Road, Pearland, an assisted living facility offering 24-hour care for the elderly, is expected to open in mid-August. The facility is owned by Dr. Tayray Jasmine who also operates the nearby assisted living facility Proverbial Care. Precisive Care will offer similar services, but is designed for residents who can live more independently. Precisive Care is accepting move-in deposits, and the first six residents to move in are eligible for a move-in fee discount. 713-817-2849. www.precisivecare.net
