TAAF Winter Games to return to Pearland in 2020

The Texas Amateur Athletic Federation Winter Games are returning to Pearland for the third year in a row.

The winter games are a three-day event, taking place from Jan.18-20 next year, for Texas amateur athletes of all ages and skill levels, according to a press release sent out by the Pearland Convention and Visitors Bureau. The
event will feature 11 sports, ranging from archery to powerlifting to basketball and gymnastics. Those interested in participating can register online.


“Once again the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation is looking forward to returning to Pearland for the 2020 games. The City of Pearland has developed a reputation for great venues and hospitality as our numbers continue to grow. This year should be bigger and better than ever!" TAAF Executive Director Mark Lord said in a press release.

Times and locations will vary per event and can be found on the TAAF website.
