Red Circle Ice Cream held the grand opening for its Pearland location Feb 1. Located at 8201 Broadway St., Ste. 131, Pearland, the business specializes in ice cream paired with churros and Hong Kong-style egg waffles. The handmade ice cream has unique flavors, including lychee strawberry, guava, brown bread and Hot Cheetos. The eatery offers other desserts as well, including ice cream-stuffed doughnuts and milkshakes with churros.
