Quest Diagnostics will take over Memorial Hermann labs, including the lab at 16100 South Freeway, Pearland, in the middle of the year. The transaction will include around 30 diagnostic lab patient service centers and 60 in-office lab service sites. Following the acquisition, Quest will provide management services at each of Memorial Hermann’s nearly two dozen hospital laboratories, although those spaces will remain under Memorial Hermann’s ownership, according to Quest. 713-222-2273. www.memorialhermann.org
